Sleep is usually the first thing to break. This is a small reset plan, not an overhaul.

Quick checklist

  • Set a consistent wake time for 7 days.
  • Move screens away 30 minutes before bed (if possible).
  • Prep one “night kit” (water, meds, flashlight, notes).
  • Track sleep for 7 days: bedtime, wake time, interruptions.
